Race Reel (Sold Individually) - 50mm x 9m x 2500kg LC

9m of webbing is houses permanently in the reel for you to unwind and tension ONLY the amount of strap required to reach over your load.

Race Reels mean:

1. No more winding and unwinding all the excess strap!
2. No more threading the end of straps in/out of ratchets.
3. Anti-jamming design to minimise jamming.
4. Reverse with a 19mm ratchet spanner quickly and easily if jamming does occur.

How do they work?

Estimate how much strap you need to reach over the load and unwind this amount from the reel.  Ensure a 3m clear zone around truck and throw the hook and keeper end of the strap over the load and secure to the vehicle. To load the strap into the ratchet, rotate the handle to the fully open position. Then pull off the RHS knob and slide the spindles to the left using the LHS knob. Slide the strap in between the spindles then push the LHS all the way back into the ratchet. Put the RHS back on and then tension. Wind any excess on to the reel and clip it on to the back of the ratchet base or on to the tensioned portion of strap above the ratchet.
